Happy Place is a heartwarming romantic comedy about Harriet and Wyn, a couple who have been perfect together since college. They go together like salt and pepper, honey and tea, lobster and rolls—except they broke up six months ago and haven't told their best friends. They are forced to pretend they are still a couple during their annual group vacation in a beloved coastal cottage in Maine. As they navigate their complicated feelings and the changing dynamics of their friendships, they must confront the reasons for their breakup and the fear that their "happy place"—both the house and their relationship—might be fading. This novel explores themes of fading relationships, evolving friendships, and finding where you truly belong.
